  • Experience in the field of marketing and/or active role in the preparation of marketing activities is desirable
  • University degree, preferably economic orientation
  • Fluent in English
  • A true team player who has a positive can-do attitude towards work
  • Passionate about what you do, finding the best solutions and achieving results, always challenging status quo
  • Sincere desire to learn and develop, with the agility to adapt to changing circumstances and needs


This position offers you an opportunity for:

  • Planning and development of local marketing activities for Argeta on the respective markets; Macedonia, Montenegro, Bulgaria and Albania
  • Communicating with external partners and agreement on execution of the local marketing activities
  • Cooperating with Sales managers for respective markets on execution of Mkt. and Sales activities
  • Cooperating and leading communication with local Distributors on execution of Marketing activities for respective markets
  • Cooperating on decision making related to Obligatory Assortment, pricing, distribution & placement guidelines for responsible markets
  • Cooperating and working on adaptation of communication messages to local market needs, approval of 360 media plans and is responsible for regulatory conformity of communication for the respective markets
  • Preparing and taking care of execution of BTL activities tailored to consumers on the respective markets
  • Responsible for following and monitoring marketing budgets for the respective markets
  • Cooperating on execution of Annual Brand Plan based on directions of Regional Brand Building Manager and Brand Strategy in respect to local market needs
  • Leading and managing execution and implementation of all elements of marketing mix for the respective market in regards to maximizing ROI
