    What motivates me the most at work is the fact that all my efforts are recognized and rewarded. For example, there are prizes for quarter champions and the most creative person of the month, and the work that we put into doing our job is recognized on all the levels of the company. For me, the biggest recognition was getting a permanent job after the season had finished.
