REGIONAL SHOPPER MARKETING MANAGER (m/f)

 

Location: Zagreb

 

The position of Regional Shopper Marketing Manager offers you the opportunity to:  

  • Define Shopper strategy per brand including instore visibility standards, display/POS materials creation and production, shopper activations and co-packs development
  • Based on communication platform define yearly / regional main shopper activations
  • Lead Perfect Store project across the markets to ensure excellence in execution for all the brands
  • Develop POS catalogue for the optimal point of sales solutions and lead the ordering and shipping process for all materials
  • Provide high quality unbiased category management recommendations for customers
  • Define merchandising standards and guidelines for markets
  • Develop the monitoring and reporting results of various shopper programs and activations
  • Give the guidelines for shopper research studies
  • Create strategic insight that anticipate and react to shopper behaviour and competitor trends
  • Create and lead key shopper marketing processes, tools, templates and share best practices to optimize planning, execution, and analysis of all programs
  • Act as liaison between brand builders, brand developers, sales managers by identifying new opportunities to grow brands
  • Be the proud ambassador of our brands by engaging our audience, creating experience and demonstrate brand behaviours, internally and externally.

 

And these are the skills, experience and attitude that will help you master the position:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Proficiency in English
  • Consumer-oriented approach
  • Strong strategic agility with operational excellence
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functional
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Driver's license & ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time
