    The Educational Centre includes a set of programmes for development of the necessary competencies in pharmaceuticals, with the aim of improving the quality of our service at all levels. It includes regular training for developing professional competencies, based on evidence-based pharmacy, lectures for Masters of Pharmacy by the Croatian Chamber of Pharmacists, workshops in the field of communication skills and personal development, internal webinars, as well as training for interns and all employees who have not completed an internship in a pharmacy, regardless of their previous experience.
