We post all the vacancies on our career website. Next to each vacancy, there is apply option. After you read all the requirements and you decide to apply, fill out a brief application form, and attach your CV. After successfully completing the step above, you should get a confirmation email.
Why not! It is not a rare case that an individual likes more than one job, and it is totally okay to apply for multiple job openings. Our talent acquisition specialists will review all of your applications and decided where you fit the best. Make sure that you apply for the jobs that interest you the most and the ones that you fulfill basic requirements.
Of course! If you are interested in the job opening, but you don't fulfill all the requirements, you can still apply. But make sure that you cover the most critical requirements for that position.

There are various forms of student engagement within Atlantic Grupa. Atlantic Grupa offers students the opportunity to perform internships prescribed by the faculty (with a mandatory certificate from the faculty proving the obligation to perform the internship). In addition to the opportunity for future interns, Atlantic Grupa also offers students the opportunity to work seasonally through student services.
Also, through our Graduate Trainee Program, we provide an opportunity for students and young graduates to gain valuable experience and create important business contacts during the year.

Each application should contain at least a CV stating the latest information related to your education, work experience and skills you possess, together with a completed pre-selection questionnaire (located within the application for the desired position), if that application contains it.
If, after you have applied for one of our vacancy, you decide that you want to withdraw your application, all you need to do is log in again into your AG Success factor profile and follow the next steps:
- When you log into your profile, go to JOB MANAGEMENT and choose JOB APPLIED
- Next to the job opening that you want to edit your resume click on the drop-down menu ACTIONS and choose WITHDRAW
- Confirm changes and click OK.

CV QUIZ
Of course! All you need to do is log in again into your AG Success factor profile and follow the next steps:
- When you log into your profile, go to JOB MANAGEMENT and choose JOB APPLIED
- Next to the job opening that you want to edit your resume click on the drop-down menu ACTIONS and choose EDIT APPLICATION
- That will take you to your applications where you previously attached your CV
- Click on replacement/change and add your newly edited CV
- Confirm changes and click OK.

Choosing a new colleague is like choosing the right ingredient when cooking. We must be open to try something new, but also consistent in following proven recipes. Through it is a detailed selection process, we will get to know each other better and enable you to masterchef the jobs that suit you best!
Now that you submitted your resume, our talent acquisition specialists will go through your application, and with great detail analyze your qualifications and work experience. The next step in the hiring process, and time it will take, will depend on the position you have applied for, and the number of applications we received for that position. If your qualifications and work experience fit the job description, expect a phone call within 10-15 workdays, where you will hear about the next steps.
If you did not receive a confirmation email after you have applied, wait a few minutes (we might be experiencing some technical difficulties) or check your spam folder. Lastly, if you went over all the steps and still did not receive the email, try and apply again.
After you have completed our online job application you have made it to our applicants database. The next steps in the selection process of the Atlantic Grupa are different for each position.
Some of the ways that we will get to know you better are:
- Interview with our talent acquisition specialist
- Interview with the line manager that is hiring for a position that you applied for
- Online assesment.
During the selection process our talent acquisition specialists pay attention to the following details:
- Your job experience with an emphasis on specific tasks that you were in charge of, where you have the most experience, where do you need some extra education
- Your motivation for the job that you are applying for, and aspiration for additional learning and growing in that area
- How your personal belief, morals, skills, and behaviors fit within the culture of our company and team that you work with.
OUR FEEDBACK
We do not let a single application go to waste. You will receive feedback before dessert. It’s not called feed-back for nothing...
The time it takes to hear back about your application depends on the position that you have applied for, as well as other factors such as availability of our talent acquisition team that needs to interview applicants, the number of applications received for a certain position, number of active openings, etc.Still, we can say that on average it takes about 15 works days.
If you have not received any reply by the end of 15 workday period, feel free to reach out.
We try and provide valuable feedback to each applicant that made it to the selection process, no matter if they made it to the next step in the hiring process. Expect our final decision response within 15 workdays, and feel free to reach out if you have not received anything by then.
Of course, we encourage you to do so! If in the certain selection process you get rejected, that does not mean that we will not consider you for future job openings. In most cases, rejection is tied to a specific job opening, a company needs at that time, and a number of applicants at the moment. Therefore, feel free to apply for other job openings, if they fit your career goals.
