Head of ERP Support

Location: Zagreb/Belgrade/Ljubljana

We are looking for an experienced ERP professional to lead the ERP Support function and ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation one of Atlantic Grupa’s key business systems.

In this role, you will not be the person resolving individual tickets, but the person leading the team, coordinating external partners, and managing critical situations. You will serve as the link between IT, business stakeholders, and SAP partners, while playing a key role in ensuring the stability of business processes across AG regional operations.

AS HEAD OF ERP SUPPORT, YOU WILL:

• Lead the SAP/ERP Support function

• Manage the ERP Support team and coordinate collaboration with external SAP partners
• Ensure the stability, availability, and security of the SAP production environment
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL principles
• Plan and coordinate SAP S/4HANA upgrades, security activities, and the technical lifecycle of the landscape (SAP, OS, middleware)
• Actively participate in SAP projects (go-lives, hypercare, rollouts, and regulatory initiatives)
• Manage critical incidents and ensure their timely resolution
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT architects
• Continuously improve ERP Support processes, standards, and ways of working
• Coordinate external audit activities
• Own incident response and change management processes across ERP systems
• Manage ERP licensing
• Contribute to budget planning and budget management

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Several years of experience working in SAP production environments
• Experience in SAP Support (L2/L3) or SAP Operations
• Strong understanding of the SAP lifecycle, upgrades, and system stability management
• Experience collaborating with vendors and external partners
• Experience leading teams or coordinating larger SAP environments
• Ability to make sound decisions in critical situations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• An agile, hands-on approach to work
• ITIL knowledge or certifications
• Professional working proficiency in English
